"Happy Schools Movement" during is regional launch in Vigan Convention Center, Vigan City on May 20, 2019. The movement seeks to promote every school in the region as a better and enjoyable place. It aims to make more fun in school by developing a holistic learning environment for children or for all the learners. It is important for children to know that they are welcome and it is fun to be in their school and classroom.Happy School Movement is a great challenge for all the children that are learning. Going to school is not just about getting high grades the most important thing is for the children to have fun while learning.
With the theme:"Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod" the (HMS) Happy Schools Movement is an advocacy that envisions having a generation of responsive and cross culture competent future builders through creating a happier and more positive school atmosphere.
